The best way to do that? Tax cuts, war, and social programs, because none is an issue that will have much mainstream support for the other side. That's what's so great about this healthcare bill. They were never gonna NOT pass it. What they did was take it's balls but keep the cost to taxpayers high. What happens after the Federal Govt goes belly up? Power to the states where republicans will finally get all the fascist crap they can get away with in the south and Midwest!
