I think they collectively decided a long time ago that living is easiest with brain closed, misunderstanding all you see. Answer: Yes, why of course! Would someone please explain to Conservatives that just because I die during the process you should still have to pay taxes on the money you receive from me. Besides unless your CPA is brain dead there's a whole host of legal methods to pass this money to your relatives with a minimum tax burden on them.
