Were Tim Geithner and Larry Summers running the country last year? That's change right there!" But no one can argue with a straight face that Hank Paulson handing over to Geithner/Summers constitutes change. I thought I would say:
“Ha! Were Tim Geithner and Larry Summers running the country last year? That’s change right there!”
