It is clearly a conflict of interest for him to be working on reforming businesses that have given him millions of dollars. If that is not corrupt it certainly has the appearance of corruption. Its like putting a drunk driver in charge of traffic. He needs to recuse himself but that is unlikely. If there aren't rules against such blatant corruption? I know Sen.
