    Since she quite obviously didn’t pull a Sanford, and tell us the truth, that’s just an invitation for responsible bloggers to responsibly speculate.

    This one is a family effort: Sarah Palin is pregnant again, and this time it’s a mixed-race child.

    Meanwhile, it is my considered opinion that life is too short to just keep your head down, plod along, and believe those who demand: “Sit down and shut up and swallow my garbage.” That’s the worthless, easy path; that’s a quitter’s way out. And a problem in our country today is apathy. It would be apathetic to just hunker down and not keep speculating away at the truth.

    So stay tuned for further epiphanies.

    Sarah Palin’s announcement Friday gives every indication of having been very hastily slapped together. For whatever reason, she obviously decided that her announcement had to be made on Friday, that it couldn’t wait till Monday.

    That sounds very much like someone threatening to go public with something very soon.
