This society has always had the potential that was sadly revealed yesterday. I was reminded immediately of the celebrated Kitty Genovese case in which a woman was done in in full view of tenants in surrounding apartments. The term moral lemmings comes to mind. It has been a long skid. Fortunately it is our worst side. You are too young!
