There is one BofA in Pittsburgh, but it's commercial lending only and located downtown. Bloomfield has been going downhill lately. Perhaps it's due to the rise of Lawrenceville as a neighborhood and the criminal element has moved to the less patrolled Bloomfield. However, there have been more than a couple muggings in that neighborhood in the last few months. Still, it's far from the ghetto. A slight increase in police patrols could easily restore things to normal. Ok, I totally agree that she was a nutbag, but to be totally fair and factual.
