		<description>I&#039;ve said it before, and I&#039;ll say it again: john mccain appears to be in the early stages of dementia. At the very least, we can see that fatigue severely impairs his cognitive AND emotional functioning. Either way, it is a scary thought for a presidential candidate.</description>
