At some point in time, people are just going to have to start listening to what I say:

But this is trouble for Congressional Dems. They can’t be seen as giving money to Wall Street if McCain and a majority of Republicans oppose it. People are telling me I have this wrong, and that’s possible. We’ll see in a few days.

House rejects $700B bailout:

Markets are all down ~5%, but I don’t care about that. Democrats have just handed a huge issue to all Republicans running for Congress, and unless McCain is very stupid, he’ll take a piece for himself. All for a bill that sucked anyway.
