		<description>It strikes me that my two posts today are basically saying:
 -- Troops contradict Basra propaganda
 -- PA voters contradict slowdown propaganda

With propaganda being such a major thrust of this administration, and so much of it being so ineffective these days, I really think Bush should (even at this late stage) get himself a Minister of Propaganda.</description>
