Acknowledging that he no longer has any chance of winning the nomination is not a "criticism". It's just a fact. The Bradley Effect (voters misrepresenting to pollsters a racist reluctance to vote for a black candidate) has been getting a lot of play. Looks like that <a href="http://www.salon.com/politics/war_room/2008/01/09/bradley/index.html" rel="nofollow">can be written off</a>, though. The big game this morning, of course, is figuring out speculating as to why the polls were so horribly wrong.
