It doesn’t really matter who has the better plan. What matters is who’s best at getting legislation passed, who has the ability to bring people together and build a broad consensus for change.

I pretty much agree with that statement to a point. Doesn’t matter how good a policy is if the people behind it don’t have the wherewithal to get it passed. I’m not saying that Hillary doesn’t this time around. Her plan is a pretty good one, but unfortunately and unfairly, she carries a lot of baggage on this issue that could give many people pause.
