Q: Is it wise to use a “wide stance” when you go to the bathroom?
A: No. When you’re sitting on the toilet, spreading your feet and leaning forward tightens the levator ani muscles that control defecation. If you’re having trouble passing stools, you should take the opposite of a wide stance, and lean back. Doctors recommend this technique to relax the bowel muscles.
Now that Craig’s all but out of the Senate, he can start practicing. Lean back…Lean Back…Lean Back.

i was in the ONT airport (outside of LA) last night…i went to the bathroom and i accidentally propositioned someone….i didn’t mean to….it just sort of happened….and then i admitted to it because i needed to get on my flight….i had no idea it was so easy to have anonymous sex in an airport. oh the things you learn on NPR.
