While doctors at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. did to George Bush what many angry Americans would dearly love to do (and less gently), Prick Cheney was running the country. With no checks and balances, mind you (since he recognizes none).
The media has sounded the all-clear:
Cheney was acting president for 2 hrs and 5 minutes, but took no official action during that time.
Prudent news consumers throughout the land are no doubt adding for themselves, sotto voce: “That we know of. Yet.”
