I shot the 2007 Grand National Rodeo for SFist. Yes, the Grand National Rodeo is at San Francisco’s own Cow Palace. While I’ve never seen so many cowboy hats or boots in one place, I can say for sure that it was fun. The bulk of the photos are on Flickr, and I made a short audio/visual slideshow here.
