After reading it, I can’t be sure if it’s the same one that Samuel Lipari discovered in his law suit. (There are some redacted removal candidates, not sure how many, so it’s not clear if there are 10.)

And I thought the same thing, that many emails may have been sent that day. But the connection of the stories i think still makes it noteworthy, not to mention that it still could have been the same one.

Even if not, my point is that Lipari is at least on to something with the Jan. 9, 2006 email date that is now getting a lot of press.

Doesn’t sound like the same email though. These guys must have been busy as beavers that day. Selflessly doing the taxpayers’ work.

Check out that email from y’day’s dump that everyone’s talking about: it’s the same date as the one that Samuel Lipari says he got in discovery last week (the story you linked to from myself). It’s also the same figures; from Kyle Sampson to Harriet Myers and Willam Kelly at the White House.

Pretty weird, huh?
