If you take the techniques of PhotoShop, and apply them to Tony Snow’s press briefing yesterday, here’s what you can end up with:

See, Tony does eventually answer every question, You just have to know where to find the answer.

Makes perfect sense, doesn’t it? Can’t afford to have an official record of what White House officials say because it’s illegal to lie to Congress even if you’re not under oath.
