A statement by (or on behalf of) George Bush, brought to you in the interests of fairness (or in the public interest):

If you vote for the Democrats, and the Democrats win, what does that mean? It means the terrorists win, and America loses.

They’re saying we don’t have a plan for victory. You know what? We don’t need a plan for victory. And you know why? Because we’re already winning. Absolutely, we’re winning. I’m the winningest President in history. I’ve been winning for three and a half years straight.

So don’t vote for the terrorists on November 7, vote for America. Vote for alternative interrogation techniques, it’s a no-brainer. Vote for moving beyond quaint historical pieces of paper, like the Constitution and the Geneva conventions. Vote for making things better by dismantling unnecessary civil liberties. Vote for balancing the budget by extending tax cuts. Vote for absolute power for the president. I promise to prove over the next two years that I am not yet corrupted absolutely.

It’s good to be the king! To kiss my ring, line up on the left. To kiss my ass, line up on the right.
