An FBI raid on the Capitol Hill office of a congressman under investigation in a bribery scandal did not violate the constitutional separation of powers, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist said on Sunday.

Dr. Billy, since you couldn’t even get Terry Schiavo’s diagnosis right, maybe you should refrain from rendering a medical opinion on the legality and constitutionality of the (FBI raid)? Leave it to real legal scholars, just as you should have left Schiavo’s diagnosis to real doctors?)
