The Good Doctor Makes Another Expert Diagnosis

Bill Frist strikes again:

An FBI raid on the Capitol Hill office of a congressman under investigation in a bribery scandal did not violate the constitutional separation of powers, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist said on Sunday.
[…]
“I don’t think it was a separation of powers question. I’ve looked at it very carefully,” Frist, a Tennessee Republican, said on Fox News Sunday.

I love it when you can just recycle old material practically verbatim:

Dr. Billy, since you couldn’t even get Terry Schiavo’s diagnosis right, maybe you should refrain from rendering a medical opinion on the legality and constitutionality of the (FBI raid)? Leave it to real legal scholars, just as you should have left Schiavo’s diagnosis to real doctors?)

So, was the raid Constitutional or not? You seem to rail against Frists comments without offering any position.
