		<description>there&#039;s a big difference between &quot;bulk&quot; call records, and those of individuals that they were &quot;investigating&quot;. we knew they were getting records of certain individuals and wiretapping them and things like that, that was well documented in the press. the bulk call records needed to provide a national database of all phonecalls is a whole other story, one that was only recently broken. so if they needed to review what the NSA was requesting to verify they were only providing specific records for certain individuals, and that was indeed the case, their story doesnt seem that disingenuous.</description>
