If Dick Cheney also took a course from a local gun club or maybe if his Daddy would have paid more attention to him, or maybe, just maybe, it was just an accident.
Being in the military doesn’t give you exclusion to accidents, so I don’t know why chuckles said this, perhaps he hates DC as well…
