Their policies and actions are among the most (if not THE most) monopolistic and caustic to consumers of any industry in the "free world". I, myself, will never buy a Sony disc again, which is a shame for a few artists that I follow -- they'll just have to get 500% more money from me when I attend one of their shows. I’ve read and written a lot over the years about the digital music revolution, and as objective as I try to be, I never am able to come down on the side of the labels.
