So is Terrorism Acceptable on Tuesdays and Thursdays?

Testifying before the House Asia-Pacific subcommittee on October 20, Assistant Secretary of State Christina Rocca:
“There are those who are cynically using the situation” caused by the earthquake to conduct violent terrorist acts as “demonstrated by the assassination of Jammu and Kashmir state Education Minister Ghulam Nabi Lone . This is unacceptable.”
That’s a nice message to the Kashmir terrorists now, isn’t it? Shame on them for a terrorist attack while the area is still reeling from the impact of the earthquake. They should at least have waited a decent interval (which the State Department has no doubt helpfully defined in private) until terrorist activities in the region became acceptable again.
