What Did McCain Expect?

It’s possible that with his very busy schedule of trying to be the most conservative Republican in the Senate, John McCain didn’t realize that Arnold Schwarzenegger fakes everything. For example, having a San Jose street dug up so he could play pothole games. It is funny that McCain, whose actual voting record would make most Californians less likely to vote for Schwarzenegger’s ballot initiatives, was in state stumping for the Governor. Funnier still is that McCain ended up scolding Schwarzenegger for his Bush-like fake town hall meetings:

“The benefit of an open town hall meeting is one that you get to hear a lot of different views, and two it has credibility,” said McCain.

Silly McCain, Arnold doesn’t want to hear other views, that’s why he hides his personal conflicts, calls people names, and governs by referendum, rather than by compromise. And credibility? He blew that before he even took office.
