A few days ago, I was doing some Google research, and was surprised at the high rankings of blogs even on subjects heavily covered by the mainstream media. Then I remembered that Jason’s post about the reality show “The Swan” had attracted comments from people trying to apply to be on the show. Like all other sites, we get a ton of traffic from Google (for example we have two out of the top 10 results for “no homo”), and a good bit of that traffic is a result of a series of posts that Jamie wrote called “Toilet Tuesdays”. Sadly (for Jamie), Toilet Tuesdays was phased out around the time people started taking us seriously, but the posts are still there, attracting fetishists and now people doing research:

The punchline is that Jamie was disappointed that I said she was not a toilet expert. Some people have different priorities.
