Did USA Today think that Florida voters would be fooled into supporting the President in greater numbers because his motorcade drove through the damaged areas and waved? Maybe they did.
But if there was a hurricane in the SF Bay area, 80% of the voters would blame the damage on the President. Godless hot-tubbers, every last one.
