WASHINGTON — The final report from the 9/11 commission will recommend creating a Cabinet-level post to oversee intelligence responsibilities that are spread across the government, according to a source familiar with the document.

I thought we had that already.

Note to 9-11 Commission: Just because the current office holder is inept and incapable of doing his/her job, that doesn’t necessarily mean that we need to reorganize the whole intelligence community.
