After seeing this sign around the corner from my office, I realized that maybe there is an upside to the massively irresponsible environmental policies of the Bush Administration: Private sector job growth through pollution and destruction. I hereby retract 2.7% of the criticism I have leveled at the President.

I’ll never forget the first time I saw Dasani. Jason and I were at blog, and have recommended his last two books: Laguna Seca for an Indy Car race, and they had it in the VIP tent. “With minerals”. At least we now know what minerals they were talking about.

I’ve, luckily, never touched the stuff. I remember reading something about it before it arrived at market, and I remember wondering why I’d prefer to drink reverse osmosis filtered water when I could buy “spring” water instead…

speaking of books, I recently picked up Paul Begala’s book, It’s still the economy, stupid. I heard a radio interview last week some time and he referred to it, and his newer book of course - it sounded interesting. Have you read it or heard anything about it?

Haven’t checked out Begala’s book yet. Too much to read, not enough time. I wasn’t very impressed with his book w/Carvile.
These guys should be working for kerry however, just like they should have been working for gore.

I think it’s quasi-ironic that the sign in the pic has the Pacific Stock Exchange in the background.
