Authorities say they became aware two years ago, during an investigation of New York bank US Trust, that Limbaugh had taken between 30 and 40 cash withdrawals from his account in amounts just under $10,000.
Structuring withdrawls to get around the $10,000 federal reporting threshold is also a felony.
Drugs make you do strange things. But laundering money so that you can pay your dealer rises to the level of criminal conduct. Let’s see how much longer Rush can skate on the thinning ice…
