If the country really was at the mercy of "suiciders", there would be FBI vans parked outside the home of every depressed teenager who listens to Morrissey. Maybe the administration felt that "terrorist" was getting too played out, and clarifying "suicide" with "bombers" was just too many words for the Prez to deal with.
